Job Retention Specialist

Under the direction, guidance and with the collaboration of the Community Employment Administrator, the Job Retention Specialist (JRS) will be responsible to work with the office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD), Employment and Community First (ECF) community businesses, families and caregivers and the Project SEARCH staff in order to retain safe and lasting integrated, competitive employment opportunities for individuals served in the Breakthrough Supported Employment and Project SEARCH programs. The Time and Documentation Assistant is responsible for tracking and monitoring staff time and documentation for the Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES Program and the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) to enable adherence to MCO and DIDD specific requirements and assure accuracy with all billing. This role requires the knowledge of all billing systems used by the Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and DIDD, working knowledge of excel and the ability to audit the systems so Breakthrough can submit timely and accurate billings.
