Pool Attendant

The Pool Attendant is responsible for enforcing policies and safety procedures at waterpark attractions, slides, pools, concessions, and activities. This includes following and enforcing all company policies and procedures in accordance with property and applicable lifeguard manuals, and providing legendary guest service. This position also performs various tasks relating to activities, concessions, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for carrying out the daily Front Desk operations at the property. Hotel/Resort Maintenance is responsible for daily maintenance and overall upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, waterpark and pool areas, and hotel grounds. The Manager on Duty is responsible for the operations of the property in its entirety. This includes following and enforcing all company policies and procedures in accordance with all property manuals, employee evaluations, counseling, coaching, recruiting, training, following budget guidelines for expenses and labor, and achieving revenue goals.
