Coordinates restorative nursing care to residents.
Participates in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents and ensures plan of care is
followed by Restorative Aides.
Ensures documentation is completed for each treatment provided, refusal of treatment, reason(s) treatment could not be
provided and progress notes as required.
Be familiar with and be able to train Restorative Aides on programs such as range of motion, ambulation, active and
passive exercise, use of assisted devises, ADL programs, and feeding programs.
Involvement in family or resident teaching
Supervises Restorative Aides.
Responsible for maintaining fall records.
Responsible for completing all MDS sections related to restorative care.
We are currently looking for Dietary Aides who will assist in the preparation of food in quantities according to the menu, recipe and number of persons to be served, including setting up dining room as instructed and prepares items such as salads and beverages. Takes resident orders and serves meals to residents in a timely manner. Cleans resident eating areas, work areas, equipment and utensils according to the proper procedures, including collecting and stacking dirty dishes on cart and returns cart to kitchen, washing cooking equipment, carts, pots, pans, dishes and utensils, cleaning eating and prep surfaces, sweeping and moping floor, removing garbage, storing food in designated areas. Consistently work cooperatively with residents, resident’s representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers.
